Are you looking to boost your website's analytics and tracking capabilities on HostGator? Adding a custom tracking domain can be a game-changer. 

Here's a simple guide to help you through the process.

Login to the <a href="https://portal.hostgator.com/hosting/cPanel/sso-redirect?redirect=/frontend/paper_lantern/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Control Panel</a>.

On the Domains section, click Zone Editor.

You will be redirected to the next page. Locate the domain name that needs to be edited.

Fill out the information needed and click 'Add a CNAME Record.'

Go to Instantly Account Settings and add the new CNAME. Add it as inst.yoursendingdomain.com in Instantly with yoursending.com being the domain you added the CNAME record under.

If everything is set up correctly, you will receive a notification below the Check Status button.

2. On the Domains section, click Zone Editor.
3. You will be redirected to the next page. Locate the domain name that needs to be edited.
4. Click +CNAME Record.
5. Create a CNAME Record.
6. Fill out the information needed and click 'Add a CNAME Record.'
7. Go to Instantly Account Settings and add the new CNAME. Add it as inst.yoursendingdomain.com in Instantly with yoursending.com being the domain you added the CNAME record under.
8. Click Check Status.
9. If everything is set up correctly, you will receive a notification below the Check Status button.
 
 
 
10. Once finished, click Save.
