You can automatically add leads to your blocklist based on their status or reply content. Available to Hyper Growth and above plans.
Here are the steps to set up AI Blocklist Triggers:
Go to the Account Settings -> Blocklist -> AI Blocklist Triggers
Switch the toggle to automatically add Unsubscribed leads to the blocklist
Automatically add leads in certain statuses to the blocklist
Automatically blocklist leads whose replies contain specific phrases. Use semicolon (;) to separate texts or phrases
Click "Save" and the trigger becomes active for your workspace.
