You can automatically add leads to your blocklist based on their status or reply content.
Here are the steps to set up AI Blocklist Triggers:
Go to the Account Settings -> Blocklist -> AI Blocklist Triggers
Unsubscribed leads: Switch the toggle to automatically add unsubscribed leads to the blocklist
Leads in specific statuses(Available to Hyper Growth and above plans): Automatically add leads in specific statuses to the blocklist
Leads whose replies contain specific phrases(Available to Hyper Growth and above plans): Automatically add leads whose replies contain specific phrases to the blocklist. Use semicolon (;) to separate texts or phrases
Click "Save" and the AI blocklist trigger becomes active for your workspace.
