Slack webhook lets you receive real-time notifications in a Slack channel when specific campaign events occur. This feature is available on the Hyper Growth plan or above.
Step 1: Access the Slack Integration
Go to the Integrations tab
Select the old Slack integration
Click 'Add new'
Step 2: Configure the Slack Webhook
Click 'Create a Slack webhook'
Choose a Slack channel where you want the notifications to be sent, or create a new one.
Click Add incoming Webhooks integration
Copy the Webhook URL.
Customize the name or icon as needed
Save settings
Step 3: Add Slack Webhook
Paste the Slack webhook URL you copied into the old Slack integration window
Select the Campaign and Event type
Click Add Slack Webhook.
Available Events for Slack Webhook
You can set up webhooks for any of the following events:
Email sent
Email bounced
Email opened
Email link clicked
Reply received
Lead unsubscribed
Campaign completed
Email account error
Lead is marked as interested
Lead is marked as not interested
Lead is marked as neutral
Lead status changed to Meeting booked
Lead status changed to Meeting complete/Not closed
Lead status changed to Close
Lead status changed to Out of office
Lead status changed to Wrong person
Lead is marked as any positive custom label
Lead is marked as any negative custom label
