To find your Instantly API Key. Navigate to Instantly Account Settings.

Select Integrations tab and click Copy Zapier Key.

Before we proceed to start the Zap flow to make a new column inside your lead list sheet called Remove Lead. This column will be essential as it'll be the trigger for the flow.

Go to Zapier and connect Google Sheets.

Choose Event: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row.

Connect Google Sheets account by signing in or selecting an already connected account.

Set up the trigger by selecting the spreadsheet and worksheet. (For the Trigger Column, we will be using the Remove Lead field we made in the spreadsheet.)

Test the trigger and move on to the filter by the Zapier function.

Click the plus icon button and add the filter.

Set the filter as Remove Lead column from the spreadsheet and the operator as Test Exactly Matches and value as Yes.

Connect your Instantly account.

Select Event: Remove lead from campaign.

Select Instantly workspace or connect it by pasting the API Key.

Under Set up action, select the chosen campaign.

Select the email address from your Google Sheet list.

Test the Zap and publish it.
