Standard & Basic Warmup Pool

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The level of warmup pool determines the quality of engagement your accounts receive during warmup.

Standard Warmup Pool

The Standard warmup pool is the default for all accounts:

  • Identified by a green flame for warmup status.

  • Balanced account mix of Google, Outlook, and SMTP accounts.

  • Stronger engagement and deliverability compared to the Basic warmup pool.

  • Downgrade trigger: Exceeding SMTP limits or breaching Fair Usage Policy downgrades all accounts (including Google/Outlook) in your workspace to Basic Warmup Pool.

Basic Warmup Pool

  • Identified by a yellow flame for warmup status.

  • Mostly SMTP accounts with minimal Google and Outlook support.

  • Lower engagement and weaker deliverability compared to the Standard warmup pool.

What Triggers a Downgrade to Basic?

Your entire workspace is downgraded to the Basic Warmup Pool if you exceed your plan's SMTP account limits or breach the Fair Usage Policy. This affects all accounts in your workspace (including Google and Outlook), not just the ones over the limit.

Each Email Outreach plan supports a maximum number of SMTP accounts in the standard warmup pool:

How to Return to the Standard Pool

  • Upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons to cover your total SMTP account count in the standard warmup pool

  • Reassignment is automatic. Once you upgrade or purchase add-ons, all accounts are automatically reassigned to the Standard Warmup Pool.

  • Pool tier upgrades take effect daily at 12 am UTC.

Example:

To support 5,000 SMTP accounts in the standard warmup pool:

  • 1 Hyper Growth Plan (covers 500 SMTP accounts)

  • + 9 Add-ons (covers 4,500 SMTP accounts)
