Premium Warmup Pool
The Premium Warmup Pool consists of high-quality, aged Google and Microsoft accounts that are already part of Instantly's premium warmup network. When you join the Premium Pool, your eligible email accounts are added to this existing network.
Only contains Google and Microsoft accounts.
All DFY/Pre-warmed email accounts are included in the Premium Pool automatically at no extra cost.
Based on our internal analysis, accounts in the Premium Pool received 9% more replies compared to accounts in the standard warmup pool.
You can tell if your email accounts are in a premium pool by seeing a blue flame for Warmup instead of the regular green one.
Pricing & Limits
Premium Warmup Pool access costs start at $500/month per workspace.
One Premium Warmup Pool subscription ($500/month) includes up to 1,000 third-party Microsoft accounts
To move more Microsoft accounts to the premium warmup pool, please increase your subscription quantity:
$500/month = 1,000 Microsoft accounts
$1,000/month = 2,000 Microsoft accounts
and so on
There are currently no limits on third-party Google accounts in the Premium Warmup Pool

Our standard warmup pool (green flame) is still the biggest and highest quality in the industry, and we are working daily to keep it that way and make it even better.
Private Warmup Pool
Private warmup pools are fully self-managed. You are 100% responsible for adding and maintaining all sending accounts, including Google, Outlook, and SMTP.
Private Pool access costs start at $1,000/month based on the number of accounts, not workspaces.
Fully isolated warmup environment - only your accounts are used.
Must supply own Google, Outlook, and SMTP accounts. We DO NOT supply or manage any accounts for you.
Requires at least 50% Google/Outlook for effective results.
