Advanced Deliverability

To help improve your email deliverability and overall campaign performance, we’ve introduced Advanced Deliverability—a set of tools that give you greater control over your email outreach.

You can find these features under Settings → Advanced Deliverability.

AI Lead Filtering

Available with Hyper Growth and higher Email Outreach plans.

AI Lead Filtering helps improve campaign performance by identifying leads that are less likely to respond or more likely to engage negatively. This allows you to focus your outreach on higher-quality prospects while helping protect your sender reputation.

1. Leads Unlikely to Respond

AI identifies leads with a low likelihood of engaging with your outreach, allowing you to prioritize prospects who are more likely to reply.

2. Leads Likely to Engage Negatively

AI identifies leads that are more likely to mark your emails as spam or respond with hostile messages, helping reduce negative engagement.

For each filter, you can choose how these leads are handled:

  • Send as usual – Continue sending emails normally

  • Skip – Exclude these leads if their sequence hasn’t started

  • Send Last – Prioritize other leads first, then send to these leads afterward

Deliverability Optimization

These settings help improve your email deliverability and give you more control over how emails are sent across your workspace.

Turn off email open tracking across all campaigns. Disabling open tracking can help improve deliverability by removing tracking pixels that some email providers may flag.

Automatically match the sender’s email service provider (ESP) with the recipient’s provider (for example, Gmail to Gmail or Outlook to Outlook) to help improve inbox placement.

Send the first email in every campaign as plain text instead of HTML. This can help improve deliverability by making your initial outreach appear more natural.

SISR distributes your sending traffic across multiple servers and IP groups to improve sending stability and isolate reputation. It helps maintain healthy deliverability as your sending volume grows.

Available on Hyper Growth and higher Email Outreach plans.

Limit how many contacts from the same company domain receive emails each day. This helps prevent over-emailing a single organization and creates a more natural sending pattern.

6. HyperSend Mode

Unlock higher sending throughput for large-scale outreach. HyperSend Mode is designed for experienced senders managing a large number of mailboxes (for example, 1,000+ sending accounts). It prioritizes sending speed over some standard deliverability safeguards, making it suitable only for advanced users.

Warning: HyperSend mode can increase the risk of deliverability issues and negatively impact your sender reputation if used incorrectly. Only enable this feature if you fully understand the risks and have a strategy for managing large-scale email sending. If you’re unsure, we recommend leaving it disabled.
