Advanced deliverability features

Updated over a week ago

To help you improve overall campaign performance, we developed Advanced Deliverability features. These tools give you better control over your email outreach, and you can access them under the "Advanced Deliverability" section in your Settings.

AI Lead Filtering

Available to users on HyperGrowth, Lightspeed, and Enterprise plans

1. AI Filtering for Leads That Are Unlikely To Respond

Here’s how it works:

Our AI can now identify leads that are less likely to respond to your campaigns. You can:

  • Send emails to them as usual

  • Skip these leads entirely if their sequences haven’t started

  • Send to them last, so they don’t affect your primary campaign flow.

This helps optimize the performance of your campaigns, based on response likelihood!

2. Managing Hostile Prospects with AI

Here’s How it works:

Our AI also helps identify leads that may engage negatively, such as reporting emails as spam or responding with abusive language. To handle these prospects, you can:

  • Send emails to them as usual

  • Skip these leads entirely if their sequences haven’t started

  • Send to them last, so they don’t affect your primary campaign flow.

This helps protect your sender reputation by managing the leads that are more likely to engage negatively.

Deliverability Optimization

We’ve added a set of deliverability optimization features to improve your email health:

  1. Disable Open Tracking Turn off open tracking across all campaigns to avoid potential issues with email providers and improve deliverability.

  2. Enable ESP Matching Match your email-sending ESP (email service provider) to the specific ESP of your recipients across all campaigns, to increase the likelihood of emails landing in Inbox.

  3. Always Send First Email as Text-Only Send the first email of every campaign as plain text to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters.
