How to set up domain forwarding - GoDaddy

Follow the steps in this video to set up your forwarding

Updated over a month ago

If you're using secondary domains for sending, it's recommended to set up forwarding to your main website. This ensures that if a lead types your sending domain into their browser, they're taken to your primary website rather than seeing a blank or error page. Watch the detailed video walkthrough here.

You can follow the steps below to set up domain forwarding in GoDaddy:

  • Log in to your GoDaddy account.

  • Navigate to your Domain List.

  • Find the domain that needs to be redirected.

  • Click the three dots next to the domain and click Manage DNS.

  • Scroll down to the Forwarding section and click Add Forwarding.

  • Choose http:// or https:// and enter the domain name.

  • Select Permanent as the Forward type.

  • Click Save
