This article applies to sites with the WordPress.com Creator, Entrepreneur, and the legacy Pro plan. For sites on the free, Starter, and Explorer plans, you will need to upgrade your WP plan to access the feature.

To add the code to your website header or footer, take the following steps:

Install and activate the free <a href="https://wordpress.com/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Insert Headers and Footers plugin</a> by WPCode.

On the left-hand side of your dashboard, navigate to Code Snippets → Header &amp; Footer.

Copy the pixel code from Instantly: ​

Paste the code into the Header box and click the “Save Changes” button:

Go back to Instantly and test the script. ​

If the test is successful, you can close the window. 

Now you can proceed to create a Slack notification or a filtered view for your site visitors.
