The Out-of-Office (OOO) Resume feature uses AI to automatically manage your leads who are out of the office, pause communication until their return date, and resume sending when they're back, all without manual intervention.
The benefits of OOO Resume
Automatic detection: AI identifies out-of-office replies using natural language processing and pauses the lead until their specified return date.
Manual control: Once a lead is paused, you can view their status in the Unibox info popover. From there, you can adjust the return date or unpause the lead manually if needed.
No extra cost: This feature is included with your plan at no additional charge.
How to Enable OOO Resume
To activate this feature, you'll need to adjust two settings:
Disable "Stop on Auto-reply" in your campaign's Options section. Note that "Stop sending emails on reply" can remain enabled; only the auto-reply setting needs to be unchecked.
Enable "Automatically tag interest status in replies" in the Settings/Preferences tab under the AI Automation section.
Once both settings are configured, your campaigns will automatically pause and resume for any leads who send out-of-office replies.
