How Slack integration works with AI Reply Agent

The Slack integration makes it easy to stay on top of lead replies without ever leaving your Slack workspace. Once connected, you’ll receive real-time notifications whenever your AI Reply Agent receives a lead response and sends the reply. You’ll also be able to review, approve, or edit replies directly from Slack if needed.

What You’ll See in Slack:

  • Notifications when new replies come in, and a copy of that reply

  • Message previews from the AI Reply Agent

  • The option to approve or edit AI-generated responses before they’re sent (if you're using Human-in-the-Loop mode or if the Autopilot Reply Agent needs more context)

How to Set It Up

  1. Create your AI Reply Agent
    In the AI Agents tab, set up your Reply Agent by choosing the type, adjusting the tone and length, and training it with the product info and message examples you want it to use.

  2. Go to the Integrations tab
    Once your agent is configured, click on the Integrations tab.

  3. Connect to Slack
    Click the “Connect to Slack” button.

  4. Authorize the connection
    You’ll be prompted to log in to Slack and choose the workspace you want to connect. Then, select the channel where you’d like notifications to appear.

  5. Click Allow
    Once you confirm access, you’ll see the integration appear in your agent’s Integrations tab, and notifications will start flowing in immediately.
