Send booking links - The AI Reply Agent includes your Calendly link in replies when leads express interest
Autonomously book meetings - When prospects confirm availability (like "I'm free at 3 pm"), the AI Reply Agent schedules the meeting directly in Calendly
Plan Requirements
1. Calendly Account (Paid Plan Required)
You need a paid Calendly plan for the automatic API scheduling feature to work properly.
2. Instantly Credits
AI Reply Agent consumes Instantly Credits. 5 Instantly Credits per reply once generated, regardless of whether you send, edit, or use the suggested reply.
Subscribe to the Instantly Credits plan to use this integration in AI reply agents.
Setting Up Calendly Integration
Step 1: Connect Calendly to Instantly
Go to Settings → Integrations
Locate Calendly
Click "Add New"
Log in to Calendly (if not already logged in)
Click "Connect to Calendly"
Step 2: Enable Calendly for AI Reply Agent
After connecting Calendly to your workspace, enable it for specific AI Reply Agents:
When creating a new AI reply agent: Add your Calendly account and calendar in the Integration section
For existing AI reply agents:
Navigate to the AI Agent Configuration
Scroll to the Integration section
Select your Calendly account
Pick the calendar AI reply agent should use when scheduling meetings
Enable automatic booking:
Toggle "Book meetings automatically" option
Important: Only available when AI Reply Agent is in Autopilot mode
It allows your AI reply agent instantly schedule meetings with this Calendly connection whenever a conversation is ready to move forward.
