The AI Inbox Manager automatically schedules email replies from your Unibox, ensuring leads receive quick responses even when you're not actively monitoring your inbox. This helps convert positive replies into booked meetings by reducing response time.

How It Works

  • Replies are automatically scheduled 5 minutes after receiving a lead's first reply.

  • Automatic scheduling applies only to the lead's first reply and excludes auto-responses.

  • Automatic emails are only scheduled when the AI is confident about its reply suggestion.

The best way to test this is to regularly review the AI's reply suggestions when writing emails from the Unibox before enabling automatic sending.


How to Enable AI Inbox Manager

You can follow the steps below to enable AI Inbox Manager:

  • Review AI reply suggestions. Confirm that the suggestions are accurate and appropriate

  • Reply Macros. Set up clean Reply Macros, ensuring there are no missing placeholders or invalid variables (e.g., use "{{firstName}}" instead of just "name").

  • Enable the feature. Go to the Preferences tab, turn on AI Inbox Manager, and click Save.
