The AI Inbox Manager feature allows the automatic scheduling of email replies from your Unibox:
By default, emails are sent out 5 minutes after receiving a lead's first reply.
The automatic scheduling is applicable only for a lead’s first reply and excludes automatic responses.
Automatic emails are only scheduled when the AI is confident about its reply suggestions.
The best way to test this is to regularly check and familiarize yourself with the AI's reply suggestions when writing emails from the Unibox.
How to enable AI Inbox Manager
You can follow the steps below to enable AI Inbox Manager:
Step 1: Ensure that the reply suggestions are working well for you when you're using the Unibox
Step 2: Set up 'clean' Reply Macros, ensuring there are no missing placeholders or invalid variables (e.g., use "{{firstName}}" instead of just "name").
Step 3: Enable the feature from the Preferences tab. Don't forget to hit "Save"!
