Access Your Expired Instantly Account

Access your Instantly account after trial or plan expires

When your Instantly account expires, you'll lose access to the dashboard. Additionally, accounts, warmup, and campaigns will also pause automatically.

Regaining Access

To reactivate your Instantly account:

  • You'll be redirected to the expired page after logging in

  • Select your plan and complete payment

  • Click 'Upgrade'

  • If you manage multiple workspaces, make sure to upgrade the correct one

Unpausing Your Email Accounts

When your trial or plan expires, all email accounts pause automatically. To keep accounts active, an active Email Outreach plan is required

After upgrading, follow these steps to resume paused accounts:

  • Go to the Email Accounts dashboard

  • Select all paused accounts (click the checkbox at the top to select all)

  • Click the three dots icon in the top-right

  • Select "Unpause selected accounts"

After resuming the accounts, enable and resume the campaigns to continue sending.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

I have a paid plan but can't access the dashboard

If you're being redirected to the expired page despite having a paid subscription, check these common causes:

1. Failed Payment

Your most recent renewal payment was declined or failed. Upgrade to regain access.

2. Wrong Subscription Type

If you only have DFY/Pre-warmed accounts:

  • Your 14-day trial has likely expired

  • You lose dashboard access when the free trial ends

  • Subscribe to a main subscription to regain access to the dashboard

3. Wrong Workspace

You have multiple workspaces, and you're trying to access one without an active subscription. Each workspace requires its own separate Email Outreach subscription.

  • Click the Instantly logo in the top-left corner

  • Select the workspace with an active subscription from the list

Can I export data after the trial expires without upgrading

Unfortunately, you can't export data after your trial or plan expires. To export your data, please resubscribe to a main subscription to regain dashboard access.

What you can export once you resubscribe:

  • Campaign leads: Go to CRM → All Leads section to download all leads

  • Campaign Sending activities: Go to the specific campaign → Analytics tab and scroll to the Activity section, click the Download button to export all sending activities as a CSV file

  • Email accounts: Go to the Email Accounts dashboard, select all accounts, click three dots, then Download CSV

  • Unibox replies: Use the endpoint to export Unibox replies
