If you want to receive an email notification every time our system detects a potential positive reply, please follow these steps to enable positive reply notification:
Go to Settings → Preferences
Under Notification Preferences, turn on Positive reply notification
Choose the team members in the workspace who should receive notifications under Notification Recipients(Owner, Admin, Editor, and VA)
Click Save
That’s it! You’ll receive an email whenever Instantly detects a potential positive reply, so you won’t miss an opportunity to follow up.
