If you want to receive an email notification every time our system detects a potential positive reply, please follow these steps to enable positive reply notification:
Go to Settings → Preferences
Under Notification Preferences, turn on Positive reply notification
Choose who should receive the notifications under Notification Recipients (Owner, Admin, Editor, or VA Access Role)
Click "Save"
You’ll receive an email whenever Instantly detects a potential positive reply, so you won’t miss an opportunity to follow up.
