How to enable the NLP Unibox feature:
In the Settings/Preferences tab, under AI Automation section, enable the "Automatically tag interest status in replies" option.
Select specific custom labels that you want the AI to consider. (Hyper Growth and Light Speed users will be able to enable custom labels.)
Check how the AI classifies incoming replies by testing them. This helps you understand its accuracy.
If the AI isn't accurate, you can easily update the description of a specific custom label to improve its performance. Click on the pencil button next to the label and update the description.
