The 'Automatically suggest replies using OpenAI' feature uses the power of OpenAI to analyze your existing macros or recent emails, providing contextually relevant suggestions.
How to Enable OpenAI Reply Suggestions
Add your OpenAI key through Settings -> Integrations. This integration is essential for enabling AI reply suggestions.
Once you connected OpenAI, go to the preferences page
Enable the Automatically suggest replies using OpenAI feature
Once it's enabled, you'll be able to see AI-generated suggestions for your reply when you're replying to emails in the Unibox. If a suggestion fits your needs, simply press the Tab key to select it.
If you prefer to use your OpenAI key solely for AI prompt generation and not for email reply suggestions, you can easily turn off this feature.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the OpenAI reply suggestions are not appearing in Unibox, please check the following:
Check your OpenAI key. Ensure it's correctly added and functioning.
Verify that your key hasn't exceeded OpenAI's usage limits.
AI Reply Agent
If you want more than reply suggestions, consider creating AI Reply Agents.
AI Reply Agent uses Instantly Credits to generate replies.
In Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) mode, the AI Reply Agent can generate draft replies for you to review and approve before sending, similar to OpenAI Reply Suggestions.
It can also automatically handle follow-ups, objections, booking links, and CRM updates.
