Instantly offers a white-label solution for agencies on HyperGrowth plan and above, and this guide provides a step-by-step process for setting up and using this feature.
You can share the access to Unibox, Analytics, and Campaigns with your clients using the Agency feature.
How to set up the Agency Portal
Step 1: Go to Settings - Account to access it
Step 2: Setting Up Your Custom Domain
Go to your DNS zone: Go to your DNS registrar (the service where you manage your domain - domain provider)
Create a CNAME Entry: Add a new CNAME record with the host set to anything you'd like to be your subdomain, for example, "agency" and the value set to "agency.itrackly.com" (regardless of your subdomain).
This will enable your client log-in to appear at "agency.yourwebsite.com" or whatever you enter as your subdomain.
Step 3: Check your CNAME Propagation
To ensure that your CNAME value has propagated correctly, use a DNS lookup tool like MXToolbox CNAME Lookup.
Enter your Subdomain and click "CNAME Lookup". The value in the table should be "agency.itrackly.com"
Step 4: Add a Logo to your client portal
Customize your client portal by adding your business logo. It can be added by uploading it from your PC or pasting a direct link.
Step 5: Manage Client Access
Add client email addresses: This allows you to control who can log in to your white-labeled Instantly portal, and what section they can access. You can choose between Unibox, Analytics, and Campaigns - or give access to all three.
Share the invite link: After adding a client, copy the invite link by clicking on the envelope button, and share it with your client so they can sign up.
No Invitation Emails: Instantly does not send invitation emails to maintain the white label's anonymity.
Client access can be edited/updated at any time by clicking on the Edit button:
Accessing the client portal
Accessing a non-Instantly domain (like "agency.betteroutbound.com") will now directly take your clients to the client portal.
For example, going to "https://agency.betteroutbound.com" will redirect to the client login page.
