How to Enable AI Custom Labels
Enable automatic tagging. Go to Settings/Preferences and enable "Automatically tag interest status in replies" under the AI Automation section.
Select your labels. Choose the specific custom labels you want the AI to consider when classifying replies. Custom label selection is available on Hyper Growth and Light Speed plans.
Test the AI. Use the test feature to see how the AI classifies sample replies and verify its accuracy before relying on it for live campaigns.
Improving AI Accuracy
If the AI isn't classifying replies correctly, click the pencil icon next to the label and update its description to give the AI better context.
If a specific reply is misclassified, submit feedback by clicking the robot icon. This helps improve future accuracy.
