We will now automatically pause campaigns that have too many bounces to protect your accounts and deliverability. This feature is enabled by default for everyone.
The feature activates after a campaign has a minimum of 100 sent emails and > 5% bounce rate.
You will see a "bounces" error message for campaigns that are paused due to this.
After you review the cause of the bounces you can reactivate the paused campaigns by pressing on the "play" button.
Please review and verify your email list and make necessary updates before resuming the campaign.
Make sure to verify your leads.
Check your copy for spam words.

If a user reactivates a paused campaign, it will not be paused again for 7 days.
You can disable/enable this feature from your Account Settings -> Preferences -> AI Automations.
