OutboundSync + Instantly integration is now live! This integration enables users to log Instantly data (sent emails, replies, lead status changes, etc.) into HubSpot and Salesforce.
Using Instantly’s webhook feature, you can decide exactly which events, such as sent emails, replies, and lead status changes, should flow into your CRM. This approach ensures full-funnel attribution so that you can track and measure the impact of both first-touch and multi-touch interactions all the way through to revenue.
For example, when a lead replies or its status changes in Instantly, that event automatically syncs to HubSpot or Salesforce.
Setting Up the Integration
Step 1: Configure Webhooks in Instantly
Go to Instantly Settings: Navigate to your Instantly workspace settings.
Access Webhooks: Click on the Integrations menu and select Webhooks.
Add a Webhook: Click the Add Webhook button.
Enter Webhook Details:
Name: Choose a recognizable name (e.g., OutboundSync Integration).
Webhook URL: Use the webhook URL provided by OutboundSync. You need to create the webhook here: https://app.outboundsync.com/admin/dashboard/webhooks
Events: Select the events to send to OutboundSync (recommended: All Campaigns for maximum data coverage).
Save and Confirm: Click Add Webhook and verify that it appears in your webhook list.
6. Test Your Webhooks: Use OutboundSync’s sync test function before going live.
Step 2: Verify Data Flow in Your CRM
Check Contact Records – Ensure email logs, lead status updates, and campaign interactions are visible in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Review Reports – Use CRM reporting features to analyze outbound campaign performance.
Set Up Automations – Configure automation rules for lead follow-ups, status updates, and task assignments.
