It pulls context from your website, PDFs, ICPs, and any custom rules you define, so the outputs are relevant and personalized.
You can use it by typing custom prompts, or by clicking prewritten tasks like “Write a Sequence” or “Generate Campaign” to get started instantly.
How to Use Copilot in Instantly
Start Copilot
Open the Copilot tab inside Instantly.Add Business Info (Memory)
Click on “Memory.”
Enter your website URL so the AI can pull details automatically.
Or upload a PDF/text file with info about your business.
You can also edit the data manually.
Define Your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Go to the Customer Profiles section.
Copilot will generate your target audience based on your business info.
You can use predefined ICPs as a starting point, or Add new ICP yourself.
Add Messaging Rules (Guidance Tab)
In the Guidance tab, you can define how you want your emails to sound (e.g. tone, structure, do’s and don’ts).
There are three predefined rules you can use, and create more rules yourself.

On the main screen, you’ll see built-in tasks like:

Get and use the results
Copilot will generate email copy, follow-ups, or lead lists.
You can edit the emails and move them into your campaign.
Leads can be transferred directly from SuperSearch to your campaigns.
So, for example, you could generate a full sequence with Spintax and Liquid Syntax, based on your ICP, and generate the leads for that campaign.

When you use Copilot, each action consumes a small number of credits depending on the complexity of the task. Here's a breakdown:
