Company Send Limits

Set limits on how many people you contact per company.

Updated today

Company Send Limits helps you control how many people on the same company domain you email per day.
This prevents over-emailing a single domain (for example, acme.com), protects your sender reputation, and helps maintain healthy deliverability.

What It Does

Email providers like Google and Outlook monitor sending patterns to each company domain.
If too many people at the same company receive your messages, especially within a short time frame, it can trigger spam filters or even cause domain-wide blocks.

Company Send Limits automatically prevents that by limiting how many leads on the same domain you’ll email per day. It's also designed to keep your email copy safe, avoiding spam flags when multiple senders reach the same company with similar content.

How to Set It Up

  1. Go to Settings → Advanced Deliverability.

  2. Toggle Limit emails per company on.

  3. Choose your limit per domain: by default, it's 2 leads per day.

  4. Choose whether the limit applies across the workspace or per campaign.

  5. Save your changes.

Example
If you reach out to acme.com from multiple email addresses with the same email copy, there’s a good likelihood of acme.com flagging your accounts or email copy itself. If your limit is set to 2 per domain per day, and you already emailed two people at acme.com, any additional emails to that domain will automatically pause until the next day.

Power User Settings

You can override these settings from the campaign menu, if you want to disable/customize them for a specific campaign.

  1. Go to Campaign Options, open Advanced Options.

  2. Override the settings in the Advanced Deliverability section.

✅ Best Practices

  • Keep daily domain limits low (2–3) for optimal deliverability.

  • Use workspace-wide limits to prevent overlaps between campaigns.
