There are two types of limits you can set for sending out cold emails:
Account limit: The limit for each account is the maximum number of campaign emails that each individual email account can send across all campaigns per day.
Campaign limit: The daily limit for the campaign refers to the maximum number of emails that can be sent per day from all sending accounts within a specific campaign.
For example, if you want one of your campaigns to send out 300 emails per day while ensuring that each account only sends 30 per day, you can:
Set the daily limit of the campaign to 300
Set the daily limit of each account to 30, assuming you have 10 accounts.
Campaign limit
You can set your campaign limit by going into your campaign settings:
Account limit
You can set the account limit by going into your account settings:
Click on the email account from the Email Accounts section.
Navigate to the Settings section in the pop-up window
Scroll down to find the "Daily Campaign limit"
The minimum wait time in the account settings allows you to set a time gap on each account level when using the same account in multiple campaigns.
You can set a minimum time gap for each account and the account will not send an email from any of the campaigns they are associated with until the sending gap (account level) gets completed.
FAQ
Q: Why is my campaign not sending enough emails?
A: If your campaign is not sending enough emails, please make sure that:
The 'Campaign slow ramp' feature may have been enabled for your accounts. Then the daily limit will increase by 2 campaign emails until it reaches your daily limit so the sending volume may not be reached initially.
You have enough email accounts connected to this campaign to support the volume.Β You can multiply the number of sending accounts by 30 to determine the limit you can set for this campaign. For instance, if you have 2 sending accounts in the campaign, the daily limit of the campaign can be set to 60 with each account sending 30 emails per day.
Your sending account email volume limit is not set to fewer emails hence overriding the campaign volume limit.
"Time gap between emails" allows you to send enough emails in the specified time frame.
You have enough new leads added to the campaign.
Q: Will Instantly respect the account or campaign limit?
A: Account limits override the campaign limits. For instance, if you have 3 sending accounts in the campaign:
The limit for the campaign is set to 100 emails per day
The limit for each account is set to 30 emails per day
In this case, the campaign will only send 90 emails as the accounts have reached their limit, even though the campaign allows sending more.
