Instantly uses two different limit systems that work together(Warmup emails don't count toward the two limits):
1. Account Limit (Per Email Account)
Maximum campaign emails each individual email account can send per day across all campaigns. Example:
Account limit: 30 emails/day
Used in 3 campaigns
Total across all 3 campaigns: 30 emails max
2. Campaign Limit (Per Campaign)
Maximum total campaign emails that can be sent per day from all accounts in a specific campaign. Example:
Campaign limit: 300 emails/day
10 accounts assigned
All 10 accounts combined send max 300 emails/day
Setting Account Limits
Control how many campaign emails each individual account can send daily.
Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Click on an email account
Navigate to the "Settings" section in the pop-up window
Scroll to "Daily Campaign limit"
Enter your limit (recommended: 30)
Click "Save"
If the 'Campaign Slow Ramp' is enabled, the account may not initially reach the daily limit, but gradually increase the sending limit by 2 campaign emails until the maximum daily limit is reached.
Minimum Wait Time Between Campaigns
Prevent the same sending accounts from sending too frequently when used in multiple campaigns.
Go to the Email Accounts dashboard
Click on an email account
Navigate to the "Settings" section in the pop-up window
Find "Minimum wait time"
Set gap (default: 1 minute)
Click "Save"
Example:
Account A assigned to Campaign 1 and Campaign 2
Minimum wait time: 5 minutes
What happens:
Account A sends an email in Campaign 1 at 10:00 AM
Account A cannot send in Campaign 2 until 10:05 AM (5 min wait)
Setting Campaign Limits
Control the total daily sending volume for a specific campaign.
Go to the Options section of the campaign
Scroll down to find the campaign's daily limit
Enter your desired limit: Number of accounts × 30 = Recommended campaign limit
Click "Save"
