This section allows you to configure how each campaign behaves — from email sending rules to optimization, CRM ownership, and more.

Standard Campaign Settings
1. Accounts To Use: This selection determines which inboxes will send messages for this campaign. Please select all the accounts you want to use for this campaign, and the system will start sending emails from all of these accounts automatically.
You can assign an unlimited number of email accounts to the campaign. If you are using tags to assign accounts to the campaign, make sure there are sending accounts associated with this tag.
2. Stop sending emails on reply: Enable this setting to automatically pause sending follow-ups to any lead who replies.
3. Open tracking: Track whether leads have opened the email.
4. Link tracking: Track whether leads clicked on the links in your email.
5. Delivery optimization feature: Also disable open tracking and remove images.
Send emails as text-only (no HTML): Remove the HTML styling for all steps.
Send first email as text-only: Limit text-only sending to the first email to maximize deliverability without compromising formatting in follow-up steps.
6. Daily Limit: the maximum number of emails that can be sent per day from all sending accounts within a campaign.
We recommend sending 30 campaign emails + 10 warmup emails per day per email account for best results.
Multiply the number of sending accounts by 30 to determine the limit you can set for this campaign.
Advanced Campaign Options
1. CRM - campaign owner: Assign a workspace user as the owner of this campaign. This allows filtering and CRM reporting based on campaign managers.
2. Custom tags: Add tags to categorize and group your campaigns.
3. Time gap between emails:
Minimum time: Set the minimum time gap between each email sent. The default value is 9 minutes.
Random additional time: Add a randomized delay on top of the base wait time to make it feel more natural. The default random delay is 5 minutes.
4. Max new leads: Set a limit on how many new leads are contacted each day.
If you set 'Max new leads' to 100, it will only send Step 1 to 100 new leads.
To stop reaching out to new leads and only send follow-up steps, enter '-1' in the 'Max new leads' section.
5. Prioritize new leads: When enabled, new leads(Step 1) will be prioritized over sending follow-ups. Only available to the Hyper Growth and Light Speed plans.
By default, the campaign will send follow-ups first and then contact new leads. Enabling this feature will override the default setting. Even if you've set 'Max new leads' to X, follow-ups will still be prioritized unless you check the 'Prioritize new leads' option.
6. Auto optimize A/Z testing: Our algorithm automatically analyzes and identifies the best-performing variant based on defined winning metrics: reply rate, click rate, or open rate. Only available to the Hyper Growth and Light Speed plans.
7. Provider Matching: Improve deliverability by matching your sending account with the recipient’s email provider(Outlook-to-Outlook or Gmail-to-Gmail). To use Provider Matching effectively, you need at least one sending account that matches the lead's provider.
Scenario 1:
If the lead's email is from Outlook
You have at least one Outlook sending account
The system will wait to match the lead with an Outlook sender.
Scenario 2:
If the lead's email is from Outlook
You only have Gmail accounts connected
The system will not wait but proceed using a Gmail account.
ESP Routing: You can also customize which ESP to send from and which to exclude. For example, you can choose to send from Google to another provider or prevent sending from a specific ESP to Microsoft.
8. Stop campaign for company on reply: Automatically stops emails to all leads at the same company once any lead from that company replies. Auto-replies do not trigger a stopping campaign for a company.
If you have 'Stop campaign for company on reply' enabled, and receive a reply from a lead, the other leads with that domain will be marked as Completed.
9. Stop sending emails on Auto-reply: Stop sending to a lead if an automatic reply is received (e.g., out-of-office).
It's recommended to disable 'Stop on auto-reply' to trigger the AI Smart Pause feature.
10. Insert unsubscribe link to header: Automatically add an unsubscribe link to your email headers, compatible with providers that support one-click opt-outs, which helps meet compliance and improve sender trust.
11. Allow risky emails: Allow sending to emails flagged as high-risk during verification.
Disable BounceProtect: Turn off BounceProtect safeguards entirely, allowing full control.
12. Add CC and BCC: Allow you to copy additional recipients on every sent email
CC Recipients: Send a copy to visible recipients.
BCC Recipients: Send copies without exposing other recipients.
That’s it. Now you can launch your campaign.
