Unsubscribe links allow your leads to easily opt out of your emails.
Adding Unsubscribe Link to Campaigns
To add an unsubscribe link, please follow the steps below:
Go to the "Sequence" section of the campaign
Select the email step to edit
Click where you want the unsubscribe link
Insert unsubscribe link:
Click the "+" button in the editor toolbar
Select "Unsubscribe" option
Keep the default 'Click here to unsubscribe' text or customize it
Testing Unsubscribe Links
The unsubscribe link does NOT work in the test email sent from the Preview mode. It only functions for leads in the campaign.
To verify unsubscribe works:
Add your email to campaign as a real lead
Launch the campaign to send you an actual email
Click the unsubscribe link in the received email
Confirm unsubscribe
Check if your lead status changed to "Unsubscribed"
