Here are a few things you need to do within your settings to be sure Instantly works with your Microsoft 365 inbox.

If you have your Outlook inbox from GoDaddy, you need to follow this

article to connect your account to Instantly, as you won't have access to Microsoft's Admin Center.

Step 1: Go to Azure Active Directory

Here are the steps on how to set up your Microsoft 365 Azure account.

  1. Click Settings within the Inbox and select Admin Center.

  2. Click Show all and select Azure Active Directory.

  3. Select Properties tab.

Step 2: Allow the Inbox to use SMTP and IMAP

Next step after going to the Azure Active Directory, you may now proceed to allow the inbox to use SMTP and IMAP.

Here are the following steps below.

  1. Go back to Admin Center and select Users and click Active Users.

  2. Select the inbox you want to add to Instantly.

  3. Select the Mail tab and click Manage email apps.

  4. Check IMAP and Authenticated SMTP.

  5. Once you've completed, wait for an hour to be able to connect your account to Instantly.

Step 3: Wait 1 hour before connecting to Instantly

Once you've completed steps 1-3, you will be able to connect your account to Instantly! We suggest waiting for 1 hour so that the setting changes have time to propagate.

Free Outlook Accounts

Free Outlook accounts ( or email addresses) are no longer allowed to be connected.

Microsoft has a very strict policy about sending cold emails through free accounts so we can't allow free accounts in order to maintain our partner status with them.
