Instantly schedule builder enables you to create multiple layers for one schedule. The basic schedule in Instantly is comprised of the days of the week and the hours of the day. You need to create a schedule based on the time zone your leads are in.

For example, here we have a schedule for the Central Europe time zone, emails being sent from 9 am to 5 pm:

So the sending time is the same for all days of the week, Monday to Friday.

But, let's say you don't want to send your emails so early on Mondays, because Mondays can start a little hectic, and replying to email offers is not a priority. You can create another schedule layer and change the time for certain days.

Start sending your emails on Monday from 11 am. And Friday, being the last day of the working week, tends to finish earlier. Send your emails on Friday until 1 pm instead 5 pm.

Remove Monday and Friday from the first schedule. Click Save.

Click "Add Schedule":

Set the time, rename the schedule and click "Save"

You can layer as many schedules as you want. Create another one for Friday:

Now on your left-hand side you will see three layered schedules:

Change the days and times according to your preferences so you can get the best timing for sending your emails.
