You can use this flow to create a Zapier to receive a message in Discord when a reply is received in Instantly, or follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Go to your Zaps editor and click on Create a Zap:
Type Instantly in the search bar and select it from the drop-down menu.
In the event field, select New event.
Click Continue.
Click Sign in to connect your Instantly account and paste the API key.
You can get your API Key from the Integrations page and copy the Zapier API key:
In the pop-up window paste your API key and click on Yes, Continue.
After you've connected your Instantly account with Zapier, click Continue.
In the setup action select your campaign and event type: Reply Received.
Test your trigger by clicking on Test trigger.
Connect Gmail and select Event: Find Email. Click Continue.
Choose your Gmail account, allow Zapier access when prompted, and click Continue.
Under setup action enter the leads email from Instantly in the Search String box. Leave the next box as “No”.
Test the action.
Connect Discord by clicking on "+".
Select the Event: Send Channel Message.
Choose the server and your Discord account.
Choose your designated channel and customize the message box. In this example, we used the Leads Email from Instantly and also their actual reply in Gmail.
Test the action.
Go to your Discord and see the result message. Publish the Zap.
