You can create a Zapier flow to send messages to Discord when a new reply is received in Instantly.
Step 1: Copy Your Zapier API Key from Instantly
Go to Integrations -> Apps
Copy Zapier API Key
Step 2: Configure Instantly Event
In your Zapier account, click on Create new Zap, select Instantly and New Event
Select Instantly account or connect it by pasting the Zapier API key.
In the Configure tab, select the campaign and for event type, choose 'Reply Received'.
Test your trigger.
Step 3: Configure Gmail Event
Connect Gmail and select Event: Find Email. Click Continue.
Choose your Gmail account, grant access to Zapier when prompted, and click Continue.
Enter the lead's email from Instantly in the Search String box.
Test the action.
Step 4: Configure Discord Action
Click on "+" to add Discord and select even type: Send channel message
Sign in to your Discord account along with the designated server.
Map the contact fields accordingly.
Pick your channel, customize your message and the bot.
Test your action and see the data come through. Check your Discord channel to see the final result. If it fails, make sure you have received a reply.
Now you can publish your Zap!
