You can change the email address you use to log into Instantly by following the verification process below:

Navigate to <a href="https://app.instantly.ai/app/settings/account" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Account &amp; Settings</a>

Locate the Email field in your account information

1. Navigate to <a href="https://app.instantly.ai/app/settings/account" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Account &amp; Settings</a> 
2. Locate the Email field in your account information
3. Click the field to begin editing

A verification code will be sent to your current login email

Check your inbox/spam/junk for the verification email

Enter the verification code in the prompt

1. A verification code will be sent to your current login email
2. Check your inbox/spam/junk for the verification email
3. Enter the verification code in the prompt

Once verified, enter your new login email

You'll receive a confirmation email at your new login email

1. Once verified, enter your new login email
2. Confirm the change
3. You'll receive a confirmation email at your new login email
4. Complete the verification

AppSumo accounts cannot change login emails due to license restrictions tied to the original email address.

If you log in using Google SSO, you must set a password before changing your login email.

- Go to Account &amp; Settings
- Click "Set password" next to the password
- Create a strong password for your account
- Once the password is set, follow the standard login email update process above

After updating, you can continue using Google SSO, or use password login with your new credentials. 

Can't change login email for Google SSO (Single Sign-On) accounts

If you no longer have access to your current login email, we will need to verify your identity before updating the login email for security reasons. Please provide the following information and contact our support:

- Account creation date: When you created your Instantly account
- Workspace details - Team members, company name, or other account-specific details
- Payment verification: Last 4 digits of the payment card used for your subscription
- Latest invoice: Screenshot or copy of your most recent billing invoice
- Connected email accounts: Log in to any email account connected to your Instantly account and share a screenshot of its inbox showing the same email address.
