You can quickly find the campaign a specific lead belongs to by following these steps. This should be helpful when you're trying to figure out the campaign(s) a specific lead belongs to.
Type the email address into the search bar in the Campaigns tab.
Results will show which campaign(s) the lead belongs to
You can also search for a specific lead in the CRM -> All Leads section to identify which campaign the lead belongs to.
