Before we proceed with importing leads from HubSpot to your campaign or list, you need to connect your HubSpot to Instantly.
Go to the Integrations tab.
To import leads, ensure you scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Show more' to connect to the old HubSpot.
Select Create a new HubSpot account or Sign in to your HubSpot account.
Once you sign in, you can choose your HubSpot account.
Click Connect app.
You can see the HubSpot integration has been connected successfully.
After connecting, please create a List in HubSpot from which you will import the leads. To manually set up a new list in HubSpot:
In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Lists.
In the upper right, click Create list.
Select the object with the records you want to segment in your list. Follow the steps here.
You may now proceed to import leads from HubSpot to your campaign or list by following the steps below:
Open the target campaign
Go to the Leads tab and click Add Leads.
Select HubSpot.
Select a list from the dropdown menu and click Import.
Check the corresponding fields and click Upload all.
Select Type: Use the drop-down menu to attribute the right variable for each column.
The Email column should be mapped to the predefined 'Email' variable.
For personalized columns, you can map them as 'Custom variable'.
For columns that you don't need to import, you can map them as 'Do Not Import'.
Check for duplicates across all: Check the options to prevent uploading leads that already exist in another campaign or list. Uncheck the options if you wish to allow duplicate leads in different campaigns or lists. You will receive a prompt when any duplicate leads are skipped.
Verify leads: Check the option to verify your leads using Instantly Credits (0.25 credits per lead). If you don’t have enough credits, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to the Instantly Credits plan.
