How to reuse your existing leads?

Create new campaigns with already contacted leads and hit them with a new copy/offer.

Reusing your old leads will give you a chance to reach out again with a fresh copy and a different approach. Create a new campaign with a new subject line and move leads("Email open, no reply", "No emails opened", "Not yet contacted" or any other statuses) to a new campaign.

To reuse your leads, you may follow these procedures:

  1. On your campaign dashboard, go to the Leads tab.

  2. Choose a filter of your leads, based on the status you need. For instance: 'Email open, No reply'

  3. Click on the checkbox and choose 'Select all' in the campaign (with filter)

  4. Click Move to open the drop-down menu and select 'To another campaign.'

  5. Select the campaign you want to move to the leads or create a new one.

Note: Moving leads from one campaign to another will reset their campaign status and history. So only the data (variables) get copied, its status will not be copied.


Filter leads based on conditions

You can now filter leads using Conditions, please follow the steps here to use advanced filters.

  • Opened an email more than once

  • Clicked a link more than once

  • Replied to an email more than once

  • Last contacted in the last 7 days
