Filter leads based on special conditions

You can easily filter leads based on lead status, lead owner, and special conditions.

  1. Go to the Campaign - Leads tab

  2. Click on the Filter button


Filter leads by status

You can filter leads by the following predefined lead statuses or any custom lead statuses you created.

  • Reply received

  • Link clicked

  • Completed, No reply

  • Email Opened, No reply

  • No email opened

  • Unsubscribed

  • Bounced

  • Skipped

  • Contacted

  • Not yet contacted

  • Risky

  • Invalid

  • Valid

  • In subsequence

  • Completed

  • Interested

  • Meeting completed

  • Meeting completed, not closed

  • Won

  • Out of office

  • Lost

  • Not interested

  • Wrong person


Filter leads by lead owner

If you assigned the lead owner when importing leads, you can filter leads by lead owner in the campaign.


Filter leads by lead ESP

You can filter leads by their email providers and set up Provider Routing when needed to improve deliverability. Available filters are:

  • Google

  • Microsoft

  • Zoho

  • Yandex

  • Other

  • Not Found

  • Checking email provider


Filter leads by lead ESG

You can filter leads by SEGs(Secure Email Gateways) and choose not to contact them. These are email firewalls that make it difficult to reach contacts who use them via email.

  • Barracuda

  • Mimecast

  • Proofpoint

  • Cisco


Filter leads by conditions

You can filter leads further by adding conditions for the number of times these have occurred (how many times opened) and within a specific date range (in the past X days).

  • Opened an email

  • Clicked a link

  • Replied to an email

  • Last contacted

You can also combine different conditions to filter out the leads, for example:
​Opened an email 3 times in the past 7 days + clicked the link 3 times in the past 10 days to follow up accordingly with these leads.


Filter leads by variables

You can filter leads by variable in the CRM. Here are the steps:

  • Open a list or a campaign in the CRM

  • Click on the 'Filters' button

  • Select 'Data fields' to filter leads by variables

Important: This filtering option is currently only available in the CRM, not in the campaign dashboard.


Sort leads by variables

You can sort leads by variables in the CRM. Here are the steps:

  • Open a list or a campaign in the CRM

  • Click on the 'No sort' button

  • Select the variable and choose Ascending(A->Z) or Descending(Z->A) order

Important: The sorting option is currently only available in the CRM, not in the campaign dashboard.
