Catch-all email verification
Updated over a week ago

Catch-all verification is now integrated into our main verification feature.

What is Catch-All Verification?

When you upload a lead list to standard verification tools, you often find that about 50% of the emails are labeled as Risky, Catch-All, or Unknown. Standard verification can usually confirm about 50% of the list as valid or invalid, leaving a significant portion as "unverifiable."

Catch-All Verification addresses this gap by attempting to verify these email addresses. This process can recover a good number of otherwise "unusable" leads, increasing the number of your potential leads.

Why you should use it?

You can reclaim 300-400 additional contacts from every 1000 leads, increasing your pool of potential leads. This is really important if your TAM is small, and you don't want to miss any potentially good email addresses.

These "risky" or "unknown" leads often belong to prospects who receive fewer cold emails, potentially making them more likely to respond.

Catch-All verification is important especially if your Total Addressable Market (TAM) is limited. And if you are a high-volume sender, it allows you to contact more leads and ensures no opportunity is missed.

How do you use it?

Get the verification credits here. When you’re importing leads to a campaign or list in Instantly, just tick the “verify leads” checkbox and click import. The verification will run right away, showing you which leads are valid and which are not. Instantly will not send out emails to invalid leads, so don’t worry about having them in the campaign.
