How to Set Up Zapier Integration
Step 1: Get Your API Key
Go to the Integrations tab.
Find the Zapier section
Click "Copy API key"
Step 2: Connect to Zapier
Go to Zapier.com
Create a new Zap
Search for "Instantly" as your trigger app
In the Account section, click "Connect a new account"
Paste your API key from Step 1
Authorize the connection
Available Triggers (Events from Instantly)
If the campaign field is left blank, the trigger will apply to all campaigns.
You can use these Instantly events to initiate actions in other apps:
Email Sent
Email Bounced
Email Opened
Email Link Clicked
Reply Received
Lead Unsubscribed
Campaign Completed
Email Account Error
Lead marked as: Interested/Not interested/Neutral
Lead marked as: any positive, negative, or custom labels
Lead status changed to: Meeting Booked, Meeting Complete | Not Closed, Closed, Out of Office, or Wrong Person
