Premium Warmup Pool

Updated today

A premium warmup pool consists of only high-quality, aged Google and Microsoft accounts and has stricter rules than a regular warmup pool to maintain quality. The use of premium, aged accounts increases the likelihood of emails reaching the inbox folder.

Based on an analysis we ran, accounts in the premium pool received 9% more replies compared to other accounts.

All DFY accounts are part of the premium pool from the beginning at no extra charge.

You can tell if your email accounts are in a premium pool by seeing a blue flame for Warmup instead of the regular green one.

You can sign up for the premium pool to move all of your approved accounts to the premium pool - we ONLY move Google and Microsoft accounts to the premium pool.

Our regular warmup pool is still the biggest and highest quality in the industry and we are working daily to keep it that way and make it even better.

Basic Warmup Pool

We categorize warmup pools based on the number of SMTP accounts connected:

  • Basic / Default: 100 SMTP accounts

  • Hyper Growth: 500 SMTP accounts

  • Light Speed: 1000 SMTP accounts

  • Add-on (each qty): +500 SMTP accounts

If you exceed the SMTP limit, your accounts are automatically moved to the Basic warmup pool, which has fewer positive signals (Google/Outlook interactions) due to fair usage policies. You can tell if your email accounts are in the basic warmup pool by seeing an orange flame for warmup instead of the regular green one.

For example, to connect 5,000 SMTP accounts and keep them in the regular warmup pool, you'll need 1 Hyper Growth plan and 9 add-ons.

When you purchase add-ons or upgrade your plans to add more SMTP accounts, the accounts are moved or upgraded automatically to the regular warmup pool around 12 AM UTC each day. Therefore, if you buy enough add-ons today, you can expect the warmup pool tier to be reset at midnight UTC.
