How to create one-time tests inside Instantly
You will need a Growth or HyperGrowth Inbox Placement subscription. Get it here. The plan is shareable across all the workspaces you own.
Before running Inbox Placement tests, set the maximum number of inbox placement tests per day in the sending account settings:
Log in to Instantly and navigate to the Inbox Placement section.
Click "Add New" to set up your first test.
Enter a name for your test that will help you identify it later. Example: “December 04 Campaign”.
Choose the option One-Time: Ideal for a quick, single test to get immediate results.
Select how you want to send the test. Choose the Option 1.
Pick the recipient email providers you want to test:

Accounts to use - select the accounts you want to send emails from.
Campaign to use - choose the campaign associated with your test.
Sequence step - pick the step in the sequence to be tested.
Test email copy - review or modify the email copy.
Delivery Optimization - Enable settings like disabling open tracking for optimized delivery.
Delivery Mode: Choose how emails should be sent (“One by one” or "All at once").
Click “Launch Test” to start your test.
The results of the tests will appear in the "Results and Insights" tab.
Results include:
Deliverability Insights - Shows the percentage of emails delivered to the Inbox, Spam and Promotions/Updates folder.
Spam Filter Score - The score should be as low as possible, any score above 5 means that your emails are landing in spam.
Content Insights - will let you know if your email content is considered risky
AI Recommendations - helps you improve the quality of your email copy. It evaluates key elements of your email and offers specific feedback for improvement.
Email Placement - detailed information about deliverability per sending account.
