Instantly Credits is more flexible and can be used across a range of actions. The exact number of credits used will depend on the action.
1 credit for a verified email found by Instantly
2+ credits for a verified email from one of our data partners
0.5+ credits for a fully enriched profile
0.5+ credits for AI enrichment
0.05+ credits for each Copilot action (excluding enrichment or verification costs)
5 credits for each reply generated by the AI reply agent
How to Check Your Credits Usage
View Your Current Balance
Go to the Billing page
Click the Instantly Credits tab
Review your credit balance(Remaining credits/Total credits allocation)
Example: If the tab shows "900 out of 10,000 credits," you're on the Hyper Credits plan (10,000 credits total) with 900 credits remaining.
View Detailed Usage History
In the Instantly Credits tab, click 'Usage' to see your credits history
Click 'All history' to filter by different types
Credits used: Shows usage details like AI Reply Agent, SuperSearch enrichment, and Verification
Credits added: Shows when credits were added to your account, including purchase date, expiration date, and credits amount
Credits expired: Shows unused credits that have expired.
Monthly plans: Credits expire 2 months after purchase if unused. Example: Credits renewed on January 1, 2026, will expire on March 1, 2026
Annual plans: Credits expire 1 year after purchase if unused
