Just type in what you need, and Instantly AI & Copilot will make it happen. It pulls context from your website, PDFs, ICPs, and any custom rules you define, so the outputs are relevant and personalized.
How to Use Instantly AI
Step 1: Configure Memory(Add Business Info)
Go to Instantly AI
Click on “Memory”
Enter your website URL so the AI can pull details automatically.
Or upload a PDF/text file with your business information.
You can also edit the data manually.
Step 2: Define Your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Go to the Memory -> Customer Profiles section
Copilot will generate your target audience based on your business info.
You can use predefined ICPs as a starting point, or add a new ICP yourself.
Step 3: Create Guidance Rules(Add Messaging Rules)
In the Guidance tab, you can define how you want your emails to sound (e.g., tone, structure, do’s and don’ts).
Use the three predefined rules, or create more rules yourself.
Click 'Save' to save the business details/ICP/guidance rules you added.
Step 4: Start a chat
Go to Instantly AI to open a new chat
If you're not on the Instantly AI/Copilot page, simply click the Instantly AI widget in the bottom-right corner
Step 5: Create a recurring task
A task is a recurring prompt that Instantly AI/Copilot executes on a schedule. You can set the frequency to daily, weekly, or monthly.
To manage your tasks, simply go to the Tasks tab. You can either mark the activity as done or reject it.
Step 6: Get and use the results
Instantly AI will generate email copy, follow-ups, or lead lists.
You can edit the emails and move them into your campaign.
Leads can be transferred directly from SuperSearch to your campaigns.
For example, you could generate a full sequence with Spintax and Liquid Syntax, based on your ICP, and generate leads for that campaign.
Step 7: Artifacts
Browse the apps, dashboards, and documents created in your conversations.
Step 8: Settings
This section allows you to configure your Instantly AI/Copilot settings.
Analytics: Enable analytics tracking for Instantly AI interactions and performance metrics to see how many hours you saved with Instantly AI.
Slack Notification: Send recurring-task notifications to a Slack channel.
Always allowed tools: Tools you have allowed for your conversations in this workspace. Revoke permission to require approval again.
