This section shows your current subscription, including the renewal date and billing frequency. You can manage your subscription by making upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations, as well as view plan comparisons.

In this section, you can manage payment methods associated with your workspace and view invoices.


Calls & SMS

If you're using Instantly’s calling or texting features in the CRM, this page allows you to:

  • Buy numbers: Purchase phone numbers to use for Calls and SMS

  • My numbers: View and manage your list of registered numbers

  • Buy phone credit: Buy credits to fund your SMS and call settings

  • A2P 10DLC registration (required for SMS compliance in the U.S.): A2P 10DLC is a legal requirement for sending SMS messages in the U.S. Skipping this can result in blocked messages or penalties.


Email Accounts & Domains

Here you’ll check and manage any domains and email accounts purchased from Instantly:

  • Password: Download the login credentials for DFY or pre-warmed email accounts.

  • Domain Forwarding: Manage forwarding settings for your domains.

  • Purchase Date: The date when the domains and email accounts were purchased.

  • Status: The current status of the domains and email accounts.
