Open tracking

Open rate in the campaign refers to the number of leads who opened at least one email in your campaign.

  • Open Rate = (Number of opens / Number of 'Sequences started') Γ— 100%

  • 'Sequences started' only reflects the number of leads who received Step 1 and does not include follow-up emails.


How to enable open tracking?

It's recommended to set up the custom tracking domain for better deliverability when tracking clicks or opens.

To start tracking opens, here are the steps:

  1. Open the target campaign

  2. Navigate to the Options section of the campaign

  3. Enable 'Open tracking'

If the open rate is not being tracked properly, please ensure that the two settings below are disabled, as they will remove the tracking pixel and send emails in text-only format:

  • The "Delivery Optimization" feature in the Options section of the campaign

  • The "Always send first email as text-only" and "Disable Open Tracking" features in the Advanced Deliverability setting


How to filter leads who opened the email?

You can filter leads by 'Email opened, No reply' status to check leads who opened your email. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Campaign - Leads tab

  2. Click on the Filter button

  3. Select 'Email opened, No reply' status
