Campaign Progress

Updated this week

Campaign progress increases only when leads complete all steps, not when they receive individual steps. Once all leads have completed every step in the campaign, campaign progress reaches 100%.

Hover over the progress percentage for a detailed breakdown. Example:

  • Total Leads: 5

  • 2 lead still in progress (haven't finished all steps)

  • 3 leads completed all steps

  • Progress: 3/5 = 60%

How to Check Campaign Activity

You can check the actual sending activity to understand the campaign progress.

View Step Activity

See how many leads have progressed through all steps:

  • Open your campaign

  • Go to the "Analytics" section

  • Scroll to "Step Activity"

  • Review how many leads have received all steps

Check Real-Time Sending Activity

If your campaign progress is stuck, it doesn’t mean the campaign isn’t sending. Leads may still be in the follow-up steps. You can verify that emails are actually being sent:

  • Open your campaign

  • Go to "Analytics"

  • Scroll to the "Activity" section (next to Step Activity)

  • Apply the "Email sent" filter

  • View the most recent sending activities

What this shows:

  • Timestamps

  • Step number

  • Which leads were contacted

  • Which sending accounts were used

Troubleshooting: Emails Not Sending

If you see 0% progress AND no sending activity, check these:

1. Sending Accounts Assigned

Go to "Accounts To Use" tab:

  • At least one account assigned

  • Assigned accounts are active

  • Accounts have completed warmup

  • If using tags, at least one account associated with the tag

2. Sequence Emails Complete

Go to "Sequences" tab:

  • All steps have email body copy

  • Emails saved

3. Campaign Schedule Active

Go to "Schedule" tab:

  • Current day/time is within sending schedule

  • Schedule hours are set correctly

  • End date is not a past date

4. Campaign Launched

Check campaign status:

  • Shows "Active" not "Draft" or "Paused"

  • No error messages displayed
