How to use analytics to analyze the success of your campaigns

Analytics features provide insights and data analysis capabilities to help you understand trends, patterns, and performance metrics across your campaigns and email accounts.

The Report tab provides an overview of outreach campaigns, AI agents, and automation analytics.

Outreach Campaign Analytics

You can view analytics across all campaigns by selecting the Outreach section.

  • All Campaigns: View analytics for all campaigns by default, or select a specific campaign.

  • All: Filter campaigns by Active/Completed status

  • Date range: Select a custom date range to view stats for a specific timeframe.

  • Settings: Show or hide specific metrics.

Available Metrics

  • Include auto-replies: Count automatic replies from leads in reply rate calculations.

  • Total sent: Total emails sent across all outreach sequences in the selected date range, including follow-ups. Each email counts, not each contact.

  • Sequence started: Number of unique recipients who entered an outreach sequence in the selected date range. Counts each contact once per sequence start.

  • Reply rate: Percentage of recipients who replied to a sequence email. Calculated as replies / total sent.

  • Open rate: Percentage of sent emails that were opened by the recipient. Pixel-tracking opens only — text-only clients are not counted.

  • Click rate: Percentage of sent emails where a recipient clicked at least one tracked link.

  • Positive reply rate: Percentage of replies that were marked as an opportunity. Calculated as opportunities / replies.

  • Opportunities: Replies your team has marked as an opportunity — usually a meeting booked or a qualified lead. Secondary value shows the total deal value attached.

  • Conversions: Won opportunities in the selected date range. Secondary value shows cash collected from those wins.

AI Agents Analytics

  • All Agents: View analytics for all AI agents by default, or select a specific AI reply agent, AI sales agent, or AI deliverability agent.

  • Date range: Select a custom date range to view stats for a specific timeframe.

  • Settings: Show or hide specific metrics.

Automation Analytics

  • All Automations: View analytics for all automations by default, or select a specific automation.

  • Date range: Select a custom date range to view stats for a specific timeframe.

  • Settings: Show or hide specific metrics.

Workspace Analytics

  • All Workspace owners: View analytics for all workspace owners by default, or select a specific owner.

  • Date range: Select a custom date range to view stats for a specific timeframe.

  • Settings: Show or hide specific metrics.

Key Metrics

  • Total workspaces: Number of workspaces you have access to. Secondary value shows how many sent at least one email in the selected period.

  • Avg emails/workspace: Average number of emails sent per workspace in the selected period. Averaged across every workspace, including any that sent nothing.

  • Avg reply rate: Average reply rate across your workspaces, where each rate is the percentage of leads that workspace emailed who replied. Workspaces that sent nothing are excluded; the secondary value shows total positive replies.

  • Avg bounce rate: Average bounce rate across your workspaces, where each rate is the percentage of emails sent that bounced. Workspaces that sent nothing are excluded.

  • View or export Email sent, Replies, Positive Reply rate, and Bounce rate for each workspace

Note: Our reporting is done in the UTC timezone, which is a standard practice among other providers in our industry. This is to ensure that the analytics numbers remain timezone-independent, especially for clients running campaigns in different time zones.

Campaign-Level Analytics

Analytics in the Engage View

Enable the metrics you want to display on the Engage dashboard to get a quick overview of your campaign performance. The following metrics are available:

  • Progress

  • Activity

  • Outcome

  • Created

  • Sequence started

  • Open rate

  • Click rate

  • Reply rate

  • Opportunities

  • Conversions

Campaign Progress

The campaign progress indicator shows the percentage of leads that have completed all sequences in the campaign.

If your campaign has 3 steps, the progress only increases when leads complete all 3 steps, not after Step 1 or Step 2. You can hover over the progress percentage for a detailed overview or check the step activity to confirm if leads are still waiting for follow-up steps.

Important: Progress increments only when a lead completes the entire sequence, not at each individual email step.

Once all leads have completed every step in the campaign, campaign progress reaches 100%.

Analytics Inside a Campaign

You can view detailed analytics inside each campaign to monitor its performance.
