If your campaign analytics appear incorrect or aren't displaying, follow this troubleshooting guide.
Time Range Too Narrow
Analytics may appear empty or incomplete because you're viewing a narrow time range that doesn't include sending activity. Make sure your selected time range includes when:
Campaign was launched
Emails were actively being sent
Leads were progressing through sequences
How to Fix:
Look at the Date filter at the top of Analytics
Note what time range is currently selected
Click the Date filter dropdown
Select a longer period: Last 3/6/12 months
Example:
Campaign launched February 1st
Viewing analytics for "Last 7 days" on March 10th
February data won't show - extend range to "Last 3 months"
Campaign Hasn't Sent Emails Yet
No analytics appear if no emails have been sent from the campaign. You can view real-time sending activities here:
Go to your Campaign
Click the Analytics tab
Scroll to the "Activity" section
Look for recent sending activities
If the activity shows recent sending activities but the data is not updated in the Analytics section, it could be a caching issue. Try force refreshing the page to view the updated analytics.
If the activity is empty, the campaign hasn't sent any emails yet. If your campaign should be sending but isn't:
Is the campaign launched (not paused or draft)?
Are sending accounts assigned to the campaign?
Is it within the campaign schedule?
Do you have leads in the campaign?
Are sequence emails saved (not empty)?
Metric Shows 0 Despite Emails Being Sent
The "Sequence Started" metric reflects only Step 1 emails sent in this campaign, not follow-up emails.
If only follow-up steps were sent within your selected time range:
Step 1 emails were sent earlier (outside the selected date range)
Only follow-up steps are sent
"Sequence Started" shows 0
Solution: Extend the date range to include when Step 1 emails were sent
