Changing the status of the lead from Unibox could mean moving the lead to a different stage in a sales pipeline or altering its categorization for organizational purposes.

Here are the steps-by-step procedures:

  1. The sidebar will show how many unread emails are in the Unibox.

  2. When you receive a positive reply, you can change the status of that lead by selecting "Interested" from the status drop-down.

  3. After you label the leads, you can filter them by selecting the specific category on the left-hand side. The category "All" includes unread emails.
