How to Preview Emails
See how your email will appear for specific leads.
In your Sequences section, click "Preview"
In the "Load data for lead" section:
Select from leads in your campaign
Search for a lead by email or name
Choose a Sending Account: In the "Send from" dropdown (left panel), select which sending account to preview from
Review Your Email
Subject line with personalization
Email body with variables populated
Signature from selected sending account
Spintax variations
If you edit variables in the Preview mode after selecting a lead, a red info icon will appear next to them: This changes lead details for the preview only, not the actual lead data in your campaign.

How to Send Test Emails
Send actual test emails to verify everything works in real inboxes.
In your Sequences section, click "Preview"
Add Recipient Emails: In the top left, enter email addresses where you want test emails sent. Use commas to separate the email addresses.
Select Sending Account: In the "Send from" section (left panel):
Choose which account sends the test
Test different accounts to compare
Verify signatures and formatting per account
Send Test Email: Click "Send test email". The test email is sent immediately to all addresses you listed.
You can also check the deliverability score for the sequence before launching the campaign.
