When a lead bounces, Instantly automatically stops all follow-up emails to protect your sender reputation.
You can follow these steps to prevent bounced leads from being contacted in future campaigns:
Step 1: Filter Bounced Leads
Go to the Campaign - Leads tab
Click on the Filter button
Select 'Bounced' status
View Bounced Leads from Analytics (Recommended)
Go to your Campaign
Click the Analytics tab
Select Bounces
Review bounce types (Hard, Soft, Unknown) and reasons
Click “View” to inspect specific bounced lead
Step 2: Download Bounced Leads
Select the filtered leads:
Tick individual checkboxes
Or click "Select all results" to select all bounced leads
Click the download icon
Step 3: Add Bounced Leads to Blocklist
Prevent these emails from being contacted in any future campaign.
These email addresses will be automatically excluded from all future campaigns.
