Email Outreach Add-ons
Each Email Outreach add-on increases the uploaded contact limit by an additional 25,000(Only available for Hyper Growth or Light Speed plans).
The uploaded contacts limit counts any contact you have uploaded to campaigns in your workspace, regardless of campaign status (active, paused, or draft). It's a fixed limit that does not reset monthly.

How to Check Your Uploaded Contacts Limit
Go to your Billing page
Select Email Outreach
View your current uploaded contacts count and limit: Current number of contacts uploaded / Total uploaded contacts limit
Example:
Uploaded Contacts: 4,130 / 25,000
Remaining: 20,870 contacts
How to Purchase Email Outreach Add-ons
If you're on the Hyper Growth or Light Speed plan, you can purchase Email Outreach add-ons to increase the uploaded limit.
Cost: $87/month per add-on
Uploaded contact limit increase: +25,000 uploaded contacts per add-on
Email volume increase: Increases sending volume by +125,000 emails per add-on
SMTP limit in standard warmup pool: +500 SMTP accounts to stay in standard warmup pool per add-on
Stackable: Purchase multiple add-ons as needed

Select Email Outreach
Scroll to the "Increase outreach plan limits" section
Use the slider to adjust the number of add-ons

Hyper Growth + 2 add-ons ($97+$174/month):
Uploaded contacts: 75,000 (+50,000)
Sending volume: 500,000 (+250,000)
Supports 2,000 SMTP accounts in the standard warmup pool(+1,000)
Manage and Remove Email Outreach Add-ons
To reduce or remove Email Outreach add-ons:
Contact our support
Specify how many Email Outreach add-ons you want to remove
Support will process the change and confirm
Example:
Your current uploaded contact limit: 75,000 (Hyper Growth + 2 add-ons)
Contacts already uploaded to the campaign: 60,000
If you remove 1 add-on, the new uploaded limit would be 50,000
Since you've already uploaded 60,000 contacts to campaigns, this exceeds the new limit. To upload new leads, you will need to delete some existing leads to free up space. Learn how to free up space here
Instantly Credits Add-ons
Each Instantly Credits add-on($425/month) increases 50,000 credits per month(only available for Hyper credits and above plans).
Free trial: 100 trial credits
Nano credits: $9/month for 150 credits
Growth credits: Starts from $47/month for 1,500 credits
Supersonic credits: Starts from $97/month for 5,000 credits
Hyper credits: Starts from $197/month for 10,000 credits
Each Instantly Credits Add-on(available for Hyper credits and above): $425/month for 50,000 credits
View Your Current Credits Balance
Go to the Billing page
Click the Instantly Credits tab
Review your credit balance(Remaining credits/Total credits allocation)
Example: If the tab shows "366 out of 1,500 credits," you're on the Growth Credits monthly plan (1,500 credits allocation) with 366 credits remaining.
How to Purchase Instantly Credits Add-ons
If you're on the Hyper credits or above plan, you can purchase Instantly Credits add-ons to get more credits.
Go to the Billing page -> Billing and Usage
Select Instantly Credits
Scroll to the "Increase Instantly Credits plan limits" section
Use the slider to adjust the number of add-ons
Click 'Buy add-ons' to complete the purchase
