The uploaded leads limit counts any contact that you have uploaded to the campaign(active or paused). It's a fixed, lifetime limit that does not reset monthly.

To see how many contacts you've uploaded:
Go to your Billing page
Select Email Outreach
View your current uploaded contacts count and limit
Example:
Uploaded Contacts: 4,130 / 25,000
Remaining: 20,870 contacts
How to Purchase Add-ons
If you're on the Hyper Growth or Light Speed plan, you can purchase add-ons to increase the uploaded limit.
Cost: $87/month per add-on
Uploaded contact limit increase: +25,000 uploaded contacts per add-on
Email volume increase: Also increases sending volume by +125,000 emails per add-on
SMTP limit in standard warmup pool: +500 SMTP accounts to stay in standard warmup pool per add-on
Stackable: Purchase multiple add-ons as needed
To purchase add-ons, here are the steps:
Navigate to your Billing page
Click Billing and Usage
Select Email Outreach
Scroll to the "Increase outreach plan limits" section
Use the slider to adjust the number of add-ons
Click Confirm to complete the purchase

Managing and Removing Add-ons
To reduce or remove add-ons:
Contact our support
Specify how many add-ons you want to remove
Support will process the change and confirm
Example:
Current uploaded limit: 75,000 (Hyper Growth + 2 add-ons)
Contacts already uploaded to the campaign: 60,000
If you remove: 1 add-on, the new uploaded limit would be 50,000
You've already uploaded 60,000 contacts, which exceeds the new limit. To upload new leads, you will need to delete some existing leads to free up space.
